Bank needed solution and professional consulting for automation and digitalization of onboarding and sales processes for its deposit products. The major objective was to implement fully digital onboarding for new customer acquisition.. - The Solution:
We have provided the service of in-depth analysis of current processes. Based on gathered knowledge we have optimized and designed new, digital versions of these processes. Implementation stage consisted of complex integrations with core-banking and Internet banking systems, business logic preparation and development of responsive GUI components to be used inside online channel. - The Technology:

Investment Fund Company

Investment Fund Company - The Case:
The Client was preparing itself to introduce to the market entirely new retirement product. It needed to launch fully online process of customer onboarding with digital signature embedded in the process. - The Solution:
Our service began by designing end-to-end business process with BPMN notation. It was further implemented and deployed using Camunda BPM engine. The process was equipped with necessary internal and external integrations in order to provide all required customer checks. What’s more we delivered technology and knowledge to run two, alternative digital signing options – using SMS One-time-authorization-code and qualified digital certificate. We have also run and configured the RPA-based mechanism to populate collected process-related data with external legacy system that lacked digital interface (API). Additional customer service business processes were also modeled, developed and run through the delivered platform. - The Technology:

Startup company founded by one of trusted financial brokers was starting to offer the new commercial-government interaction service. The service based on supporting end-customers during visa acquiring process in one of APAC countries. They needed solution to automate this process and make it online as well as set of web tools for all levels of their sales distribution network. - The Solution:
We have analyzed and designed the required process. It was developed as multi-page, complex, interactive online form that was integrated with online payment provider and with Immigration Office legacy system (through RPA-based mechanism). This approach let us achieve the 100% automation. We have also delivered the multi-level and multi-tenant DXP platform for whole sales network with essential security, business data separation and different levels of access privileges. - The Technology:
